NYCE Technology is a private company focused on the design, development and manufacturing of end-to-end, high-quality, cost effective, scalable interior network solutions for the deployment of Triple Play Solutions: High Definition-Internet Protocol Television (HD-IPTV), Telephony and Internet.

The Company's ease of deployment in both of the retro-fit and new construction environments addresses the current needs of telecommunications providers, original equipment manufacturers (OEM's) and provides an enhanced end-user experience versus the current Cable company offering.

The NYCE solution is designed to look forward as it allows telecommunications providers to bridge seamlessly from legacy analog telephony systems to pure Ethernet driven VoIP or "derived voice" services which, based on market feedback is much desired by communications providers world-wide. The Company's patent pending solutions utilize Plastic Optical Fiber (POF) Technologies as the primary delivery method. This enables a transition which removes the need for CAT-5 copper cable installation in Triple Play service deployments.

The market opportunity for NYCE is global. Initial market focus for residential and commercial deployment is in North America with over 140 million existing homes. The NYCE patent-pending product suite addresses all aspects of new and retrofit residential/commercial installation. The NYCE solution is unique in the current fragmented market as there are no direct competitors manufacturing a similar end-to-end network approach to IPTV. The NYCE business model takes advantage of the Company's internal abilities to design and develop and market its products. Manufacturing in quantity will be done externally in order to maintain a reduced operational footprint and take advantage of external economies of scale.
